Les Mills Body Combat – Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.
Les Mills Body Flow – Embrace parts of yoga, tai-chi and pilates with BODYFLOW, a relaxing class that builds strength and improves flexibility.
Les Mills Body Pump – Get lean, build strength and tone muscle with BODYPUMP, a group-based barbell class to work all your major muscle groups.
Les Mills Body Step – Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely while burning up to 620 calories*
Les Mills CXWORX – Build your core strength and tone your abs, butt and legs with CXWORX, a 30-minute workout focused on your core.
Bootcamp Kettles – High intensity/strength training class that utilizes plyometric aerobics and kettlebells to sculpt the body and increase aerobic capacity, ultimately making the body perform at a higher level. Set to motivating music this instructor-led power packed class is open to all fitness levels.
Bootcamp – Group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort. Designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone, boot camp class uses bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, suspension training and burpees, interspersed with running and competitive games. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs, small teams of three or four, or even two teams head on. The music and drill instructor motivate participants to reach physical levels they may not have found before.
BoxFit – A fat burning, cardiovascular, strength and toning workout. You’ll learn traditional boxing skills and techniques in a gym equipped with Mutai bags and body weight exercises. This class set to energizing music will bring out the champion in all participants. (Gloves and wraps not provided but recommended).
Core Extreme – With the emphasis on the abdominals, this class concentrates the exercises of the abs and mid and low back. Many differing types of equipment and body motion help to direct the body to flatten the stomach and tighten the waistline.
Essentrics – Based on eccentric strengthening which stretches the muscles then strengthens them in the elongated position creating a lean toned body. Essentrics is intended to make the waist thinner, the stomach flatter, the legs leaner and the butt toned, leaving the entire body more flexible and agile. Used to rebalance the body and improve coordination, it is also used for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Great for everyday use and for any level of fitness participant.
Hip Hop Bootcamp – Using a combination of dance fitness and strength building boot camp moves this highly energetic class is set to driving music to twerk, tone and sweat the calories right off of you. Having fun while working out makes this class really pop and keeps everyone coming back.
Martial Arts – Martial arts training aims to result in several benefits to trainees, such as their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Through systematic practice in the martial arts a person’s physical fitness may be boosted (strength, stamina, flexibility, movement coordination, etc.) as the whole body is exercised and the entire muscular system is activated. Beyond contributing to physical fitness, martial arts training also has benefits for mental health, contributing to self-esteem, self-control, emotional and spiritual well-being.
OULA – A high-energy, easy to learn, calorie burning, crazy-fun dance workout to Top 40 hits. Classes are one epic hour of sweat, joy, and total inspiration! OULA is Dancemania for the Soul.
PIYO – PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
PowerFlex – Using light weights and choregraphed workouts to music, PowerFlex builds endurance and strength. With multiple repetitions and varied counts the instructor guides the class through a body workout that is sure to tighten and tone. Specific targeted areas focused on each session utilizing functional training methods to create a body ready for the trials of life.
RAW – Also known as Real Athletic Workout, RAW is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class that utilizes both strength and cardio techniques to build a fit and lean you. With equipment and energetic music, this 50 minute instructor led class will burn calories and build muscle while promoting balance and flexibility.
Senior Fit – Exercise for older people can help slow aging, prevent injury and help you to build a stronger body and a healthier mind. Senior Fit is not just great recreation for seniors—it’s also a chance to socialize while getting fit. And it’s a good option for people who exercise regularly, as well as the beginner who wants to exercise, but isn’t sure how to do it safely and effectively.
Spinning – Indoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Set to motivating music that is used to help set the pace, instructors guide the class through an awesome calorie burning event while strengthening the legs and building a greater cardio capacity.
Step Combo – Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, this is STEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. By adding additional body movements and equipment Combo really puts the body in a position to achieve great cardio and strength.
STRONG by Zumba – Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
TRX – Known as Total Resistance eXercise, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
Turbo Kick – The fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!
Yoga – A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Set in a fitness studio that allows for all levels of fitness to engage in the healing properties of the mind and body art of yoga this class is made to better all participants.
Zumba – This highly popular class involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. Choreography incorporates hiphop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included to bring about an excellent workout while having some fun. Zumba Toning includes weighted hand sticks to increase the toning of the arms and shoulders adding more physical movements to the upper body.
